You will have the overall responsibility for the IT and technology strategy by leading the digital transformation from classic to new IT. You manage the IT team and ensure a secure operation environment, which scales and allows a smooth product development process. This includes the management of the external service providers as well as the alignment with internal key stakeholders. You are keen to follow the trends in the areas of web & app development and innovative technologies such as AI to deduct a stringent technology roadmap.
As an ambitious, self-driven, empathetic leader with excellent communication skills (English, plus French or German) you inspire your team to get the job successfully done. You have proven experience in a similar role, covering areas like Digital Transformation, IT Architecture, Security and Workplace with “hands-on” mentality. In your role as an IT & Business savvy leader, it is easy for you to build a bridge to the world of online media platforms.
