CX Solution Architect (SAP Commerce Cloud) 100% Remote

As the CX Solution Architect, you will work closely with the Head of IT Demand Management and Head of Omni Channel, to understand the approved business demand and upcoming projects as per the OC Roadmap.
You will be responsible for defining solutions and processes based on the demand pipeline
The role will be responsible for ensuring the OC teams developers and business analysts are delivering best practice from a solution and code perspective
You will collaborate with business supervisors and process champions to identify and resolve functional, technical and process issues.
This role will report to the Head of Omni Channel

Strong SAP Customer Experience technical expertise
Backend Development experience in SAP Commerce Cloud
Very familiar with MS 365 and the usage of MS Teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a global organization, respecting regional and local cultural and organizational differences.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (German and/or French would be an advantage)
Good presentation, workshop management and documentation skills
